This class will focus on monoprinting techniques to make interesting and unique papers for collage. Good collages start with beautiful paper! We will explore gelli plate printing and other techniques to work with paint, printmaking, and other fun, low stress techniques for making beautiful art papers. Each class will start with paper making and include a collage demo. We will look at other artists working in collage and painting for ideas and inspiration. Class participants will also have access to an online sharing platform to share their work. All classes will meet online via Zoom - join from anywhere!
